Andrea Fletcher

Andrea Fletcher

Andrea has served in K12 education for 25 years in New Mexico and Texas. She was a successful elementary school principal, and served in district leadership as Associate Superintendent for Human Resources, Associate Superintendent of Turnaround Initiatives, and Chief Academic Officer. She led the Woodrow Wilson MBA Fellowship for Education Leaders at New Mexico State University’s College of Business to build leadership skills in four cohorts of current and aspiring school leaders. She assesses school and district leaders for transformational leadership competencies, provides leadership training and coaching for school and district leadership.

Veronica Maggio

Managing Partner

Veronica has been a consultant for more than 20 years and she is especially passionate in talent management.  Her experience includes assessments, team effectiveness, leadership development, culture transformation, coaching and HR core processes.  She has worked with districts for more than 5 years supporting the development of leadership of principals. She has a deep multicultural understanding for working with diverse teams and environments. Currently, she is a managing partner for ClearView Consulting.

Veronica has a BS in HR & Talent Development from Universidad Católica Andres Bello (Venezuela) and an MS in Labor & Industrial Relations from Cornell University. She is a certified coach from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dennis Woodruff

Dennis Woodruff

Dennis is a top U.S. expert and visionary in leadership assessment using the competency-based interview models developed by the renowned human motivation scholar David C. McClelland. Before starting ClearView Consulting in 2010, Dennis worked for Hay Group for 17 years as a Management Consultant in Leadership Development and Talent Management.

In addition to working with David McClelland, Dennis has also developed, designed and delivered world-class leadership development and executive assessment programs. Dennis has an MA in Organizational Psychology from William James College.

Cyrillene (CC) Clark

Consultant

A dedicated and passionate consultant, C.C. focuses on talent management. She works with districts and with other organizations to help them solve challenging people-issues. She has worked with many districts to help assess principals and train leaders in the use of behavioral event interviewing. C.C. also has experience as a nonprofit board member and board chair. Before joining ClearView Consulting, C.C. was the Practice Leader responsible for employee selection, development and succession at Hay Group in Washington, DC. Her experience also includes change management and organizational development as a staff member at Accenture, Blue Shield of California, and the City of San Diego. C.C. received her PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from Penn State University in 1997, her MS in Psychology from Villanova University in 1991, and her BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1988.

Jane Lawson

Consultant

Jane combines an extensive background in research-based competency modeling and talent management in the areas of leadership development, leadership assessment, performance management, and selection systems. Most recently she has worked with the Darden/Curry Partnership for Leaders in Education Program at the University of Virginia to assess and select principals to assume the leadership of failing and low performing schools in need of turnaround. Jane worked for many years as a senior consultant at Hay Group, McBer and Company, and Digital Equipment Corporation. She holds a M.Ed. and BA from Boston University.

John Larrere

Consultant

An educator, consultant, leadership expert and researcher, John has spent years studying what makes educators and school leaders successful. The resulting profiles have been used in the US, Great Britain, and Australia. As Managing Director in the Hay Group, John served on several boards. His experience also includes work with university presidents and boards, CEOs, the military and numerous Fortune 100 organizations. John is also the co-author, with Tracy Duberman, of “Co-Creating Strategy” in Trustee Magazine. John received his M.B.A. from Boston University in Organization Behavior and holds a Master of Divinity from the University of Notre Dame.

 

Lisa Lawrence

Lisa Lawrence

Lisa assists school districts in the selection of leadership talent for campuses in need of rapid turnaround. Lisa’s experience includes coaching school leaders in the pursuit of their performance goals and is a primary partner in the development and delivery of the Coaching for Educational Leaders training program.

Prior to joining ClearView Consulting, Lisa served as a field support specialist and program coordinator at the Education Service Center, Region XIII in Austin, Texas. In this role, she focused her efforts on the instructional preparation, coaching and development of novice teachers. Lisa holds a MEd in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Language and Literacy Studies as well as a BS in Special Education.

Scott Spreier

Scott Spreier

Scott works with districts across the US to assess, select, and develop principals who can transform poorly performing schools and drive sustainable results. He also helps superintendents and their teams more effectively navigate the shifting political, financial, and demographic landscape of public education and create cultures that support student learning.

Scott’s experience includes 22 years at Hay Group, where he consulted with a variety of global organizations. He spent five years at the firm’s McClelland Center for Research and Innovation, where he worked with a variety of experts, including Daniel Goleman, noted author and expert in emotional intelligence. In addition to consulting, Scott writes and speaks frequently on leadership. While at Hay, he co-wrote Senior Leadership Teams, What It Takes to Make them Great (Harvard Business Press, 2008). His work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, FORTUNE, and Leader-to-Leader.

Eileen Reed

Consultant

Eileen works with school districts across the country as a consultant with the University of Virginia’s Partnership of Leaders in Education (PLE), where she assists with assessing the readiness of districts to participate in the PLE program.  She also provides professional development focused on leader and teacher development.  Eileen also serves as a team member conducting district performance reviews focusing on curriculum, instruction, and professional development with the Austin-based Gibson Consulting Group.

Before her work as an independent consultant, Eileen spent 20+ years at a Texas Regional Education Service Center, where her final position was as the Deputy Executive Director for State-wide Initiatives where she had responsibility for the state’s technical assistance and support program for schools and districts designated as “in improvement” under the state and federal accountability system. She and her team developed and led the state’s first School Turnaround Center and secured funding for a multi-district, 29-school partnership with the University of Virginia’s PLE program.

Janet Candelaria

Consultant

Janet has served in K12 education for over 30 years in Missouri, California, and New Mexico.  She has taught in multiple grades from preK-8th, served as a Title I teacher, Professional Development Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Elementary Instruction. Coaching educators is a passion of hers.  She coached principals for New Mexico’s Public Education Department serving principals enrolled in Principals Pursuing Excellence program.   She coached students enrolled in New Mexico State University’s Woodrow Wilson MBA program helping principals and aspiring principals build leadership skills and develop action plans.  She assesses school leaders in leadership competencies and provides feedback to assist school and district leaders identify and leverage their leadership strengths and determine leadership competencies to strengthen.

Paula Garland

Consultant

Paula helps clients achieve their goals through effective selection and development of their leaders. She has extensive behavior-based (competency) assessment experience, typically with senior executive and mid-level leaders. Having worked as a consultant for over 30 years at Hay Group and later Korn Ferry, her experience cuts across many industries, including life sciences, healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing and education. Her work integrates a range of assessment data, delivering customized insights through report writing as well as individual feedback and coaching.
